I have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Assistant to join a Market Leading Retailer based in Redditch. This role will be based at the companies professional Head Offices where they offer free onsite parking and have an onsite subsidised canteen.

This role will be supporting the recruitment team and liaising with internal contacts. You will be Telephone Screening and short listing candidates for roles in one of their 450 stores and assisting with the recruitment process. This is a fast paced, busy role so I am looking for driven, proactive candidates that are looking to exceed expectations at all levels. This is a temporary role initially but could lead to a Fixted Term or Permanant position within the team so please APPLY! Starting salary is GBP9.15 per hour and this is a full time position working 8.45am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Key skills:-

*Highly organised as you will have to multi task and be able to prioritise your own workload
*Confident on the phone
*Strong IT skills
*Be confident to work in a busy/fast paced environment
*Good communicator both written and verbal
*You need to have excellent listening skills

You will be conducting telephone interviews and typing notes whilst on the phone. I am looking for strong customer service people who can provide an outstanding customer service experience at all times. Any experience in a customer service role or with recruitment would be an advantage. These are temporary positions but there could be long term opportunities for the right candidate who is keen to get into recruitment (without sales !!)
