We are looking for a tenders specialist to join a global healthcare organisation, ensuring successful preparation of tender submissions and customer contracts across the business. If you have a depth of experience in utilising data to produce exceptional tender documentation, please apply today.

Responsibilities:

* Use initiative to search for Tender and Quote opportunities by using all available resources

* Maintain an accurate Tender & Quote database and audit trail

* Communicate all Tender & Quote opportunities and expiries to relevant personnel in a timely manner

* Be the first point of contact for all Tender & Quote enquiries both internally & externally and take ownership for any such enquiries, ensuring efficient resolution

* Project manage each Tender & Quote to ensure timely submission. Utilise all available resources by creating a team for each opportunity

* Look for continuous improvement within commercial functions

* Establish strong working relationships cross divisionally

* Provide data (e.g. reporting usage and uptake) as required by each tender; internally & externally

* Maintain personal knowledge of UK Healthcare Market and Commercial best practice

This role is for hard working individual who understands the level of decision making for which they are responsible and goes the extra mile to ensure objectives are met.

Excellent organisational and time management skills are a must, as well as good knowledge of UK and Ireland Commercial and Contract Law to assess and challenge NHS Tender terms and conditions.

Your background:

* A business degree or equivalent is preferred

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial organisation dealing with tenders within the UK Healthcare Market

* Strong communication, organisational and data analysis skills are essential.

* Excellent general computer skills, especially and expert user of Microsoft Excel and excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Working Knowledge of SAP.

* Excellent problem-solving skills.

* Tenacious, enthusiastic, precise, detail orientated, able to use initiative to solve problems and identify issues, good team player, stress resistant, organised
