Our client is recruiting for a Sales administrator to join their existing team.

The role is key in facilitating the efficient functioning of the ales team, supporting growing relationships with direct customers.

This position demands a quick and accurate turn around of data and documentation, providing a wide variety of responsibility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Process orders and maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information as required.

Create quotations, complete order sheets and check price & quantity of each item listed.

Distribute production sheets as required to respective departments.

Receive and process orders from customers via telephone and email.
Identify what requests may need requoting/re visiting.
Produce and distribute orders for the sales team.
Monitor and complete orders coming through system.
Acknowledging these orders within 48 hours and filing accordingly.
To work with account managers, covering all administrative elements in the delivery of the sales process (pre and post)
Complete other varied administration task as required.
Managing customer complaints as required.

THE PERSON

You will be responsible in delivering excellent customer service and always endeavour to exceed client expectations.

Able to work with staff of all levels within the business in a professional manner.

Excellent, proven computer skills.

have a professional telephone manner.

Flexible and adaptable to all situations.

HOURS
Monday - Thursday 7:30m - 4:30pm
Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm (39 hours per week)

GBP19- GBP21K per annum Depending on experience
