You will be working as a Customer Service Adviser for a well-established infrastructure support service provider based in North Birmingham. This organisation builds strong, open relationships with the people they work with, both internally and externally. Your new role
You will be expected to assist the Customer Service Team Leader with the investigation of high level complaints surrounding highway issues, general query handling and liaising with Birmingham City Council. You will act as a point of contact for all operational staff, customer administration requirements and undertake general office duties such as scanning and filing whilst note taking for managers when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have previous scheduling or coordinating experience
The ideal candidate will have previous compliant handling experience and involvement within similar call centre environments. They must have excellent listening and communication skills. The business is looking for hard working and dedicated professionals to join their already excellent team. You must be computer literate for the use of a range of office software including email, spreadsheets and databases. You will need to be able to work Monday to Friday on a full-time basis. This position has come about due to expansion of the team.
