The addition of an internal account manager to the team adds to the organic growth from the last couple of years, with future expansion in the pipeline planned over the next three years

The Role

The successful Internal Account Manager will be:

Covering Key customer Accounts in the Europe and the UK
Proactively support the external sales team
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Developing and networking accounts, as well as following up on incoming leads as well as being proactive and using your initiative to break into similar businesses to your existing trading accounts.
Provide pricing, quotes, customer verifications and process orders for clients and external sales team
Be proactive and lead from the front
The Candidate

Due to the nature of the role, the successful Internal Account Manager will have:

An exposure to a manufacturing/technical background
The desire to go above and beyond, whilst maintaining the company's high standards
The desire to develop relationships and deliver exceptional customer service either face to face or through other communication methods
