Facilities Officer /Contract Support - Cannock - 6 month contract - GBP24000 per annum pro rata
Your new company
You will be working as a Facilities Officer / Administrator on a fixed term basis for 6 months for a consultancy who manage PFI contracts.
Your new role
You will be working out of their Cannock office supporting the General Manager to effectively run the project / contracts. This will involve assisting on compliance and associated contract documentation, attending multidisciplinary groups, ensuring the office records are regularly updated, administrating reactive works applications, organising and coordinating meetings and undertaking site reviews. You must maintain an understanding of the agreements, schedules and provider sub contracts. You will be typically working 9am - 5pm.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have an understanding of facilities management and ideally PFI contracts. You should have experience of working within complex contractual arrangements and managing insurance claims. You should have knowledge of environmental and health and safety standards across education and health settings.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of GBP24000 per annum pro rata for 6 months, and there is a chance this role will go perm at the end of the 6 months. You will receive 27 days holiday + bank holiday pro rata also. There is free parking on site.
