You will join our client as a Community Support Leader being responsible for managing a number of teams providing support care to people with learning disability.

Community Support Leader Responsibilities:

The Community Support Leader will ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies. They will manage a team, ensure best practice and coach the team to do the same. This role is key to ensuring our service meets the needs of our supports and our organisational vision.

Community Support Leader Requirements:

-Previous experience in the supported living industry as well as knowledge of CQC.
-Be computer literate
-Be able to manage budgets

Location: Stoke on Trent

Hours: 39 hours per week, Full Time or Part Time, Permanent

Salary: GBP24,397.48 - GBP28,702.92
