A fantastic position for a New Business Development Executive has arisen working for one of our long-standing clients based in Erdington.

The purpose of this role is to help identify new business opportunities for the company and help nurture prospective new clients in understanding the products and services available to them. The focus of this role is on quality and building long term, credible business relationships. This role plays a key part in the on-going success of the business!

Ideally we would like to identify a candidate who can work 5 days per week (full time), but we could also discuss this role with candidates who are looking to work 4 days per week (part time).

New Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling a designated list of clients/accounts to discuss products
  • Lead generation, qualifying leads and developing them into prospective clients
  • Developing long term relationships with new clients, keeping them warm during a potentially long decision making process
  • Work closely with the marketing team to assist with creating and delivering marketing communication
  • Meet personal objectives and targets
  • Present performance and target information to the MD on a monthly basis
  • This role requires a high degree of communication with external contacts, so previous experience in a sales role would be highly advantageous.

New Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

  • A background in Cold Calling and Telemarketing is ideal
  • Ability to build rapport and be tenacious on the phone
  • An interest in Sales and Marketing
  • Your own transport is preferred due to the location, and occasional travel may be required
