Our client, a well-established Vehicle Leasing company with offices in Warwick, are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Office Manager to join their friendly team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Office Administrators, ensuring that all aspects of administration, including accounts preparation, receiving telephone enquiries, processing documentation, generating quotations and proposals and updating the CRM system, are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Our client is looking for a candidate with office supervisor/manager experience with a good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as e-mail, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, and some experience with accounts software. Automotive/leasing administration experience would be ideal but is not essential. You will need to be capable of ensuring that the team delivers excellent customer service as well as being able to communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business. As part of a small team, you will need to work quickly and diligently to ensure that customers' requirements are met within agreed timescales.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and the salary is GBP24000. Benefits include 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a company pension scheme
