We are currently recruiting for a very successful manufacturing company who are on the lookout for an experienced administrator use to working in a busy, fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have full support from staff and will be required to take on more than just an administration role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to interact and enjoys an energetic environment and a varied role.

Role responsibilities;
  • Meeting and greeting customers on entry
  • Answering any incoming calls
  • Providing Refreshments and beverages
  • Signing visitors into the work place and providing them with a pass
  • Raising quotations invoices
  • Filling/scanning
  • Dealing with any issues/complaints
  • Uploading sales invoicies/credit notes/delivery notes
  • Assisting in chasing payments
  • Checking and replying to emails/ forwarding to correct department
  • Dealing with Credit control Queries

Experience needed;
  • Sage Line 50 / Sage manufacturing
  • Excel
  • Wealth of administration experience

Excellent telephone manor/ friendly approach
