Join one of the world's largest express delivery companies as a Administrator Assistant at their Head Office in Atherstone.

The duties and responsibilities the role entails:
Formatting of nightly reports
Incoming cons into CARP
Email responses - 2 inboxes
Supply HCP
Daily collection refs retrieved from case management and mailed to depots
and mailed to depots.
Review previous days collections and investigate exceptions.
Liaise with depots regarding exceptions and collection delays.
Arrange same day collections.
Arranging adhoc collections.
Proactive backlog management.
Liaise with other clients on any adhoc trailer backlogs.
Advising customers on client process and issue resolution
Conference calls with sales to assist onboarding.
Attend 3 conference calls per week with the client and SAM team.
Forecast with the client on following weeks collections
Manage cases for any RVRs - advising the client of reason for vendor refusal
Case Management in client system.
Incoming calls
Outbound calls

You must have the ability to work within a team and be customer focused. You'll make sure all company standards, policies, procedures and agreements are adhered to, in line with your induction training.
