Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Rugby based client in their search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a well established finance team and will be responsible for taking ownership of the purchase ledger function from start to finish. My client is looking for a proactive candidate with the ability to manage their own workload and with the desire to become an integral member of a successful team.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Minimum of two years experience of working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar level position
• Processing of the supplier invoices for stocks/overheads/sundries
• Statement reconciliations
• Processing payments
• Journal preparation
• Assisting with Audit/deliverable preparations
• Ad hoc reporting for senior management
• Query resolution
