I am currently looking for a Team Leader to join a superb adult's learning disability service in Warwickshire. This is a full time permanent position but you will need to be flexible to work evenings and weekends. You will need to have an NVQ level 4 or 5 in management. You will also need experience in managing a team.

You will be working in a unique but dynamic service with 15 residents and be responsible for managing a high quality service for adults with learning disabilities and or autism. You will be working within a company whose main focus is provide person-centred support which allows and enables service users the live fulfilling and enriched lives.

You will be managing the personal budget services within the community as well as supervising and managing the team. You will be working alongside the registered manager to ensure the services are of high quality and compliant with CQC regulations.
