Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Process Operative to work for a well-established food manufacturing business, based in Stafford (ST20).

Salary: GBP25,170, with opportunity to earn up to GBP27,966 through skills and competency development

Shifts: 3 x weekly (Monday to Friday) rotating shifts:

Earlies: 4:45am/5:45am - 2:00pm

Lates: 1:45pm - 10:00pm

Nights: 9:45pm - 6:00am

8 x 10 hour shifts on Saturday's scheduled throughout the year.

Responsible for ensuring the effective performance of the process function whilst on shift
Ordering all materials for the effective running of the department by taking materials and processing them into a finished product or ingredient.
Operate and run the process lines which include the stork, spray dryer, B6 blender and the instantiser
Be accountable for providing support to the Shift Manager and ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters
Working towards daily production targets and ensuring these are achieved to a high standard
Adhere to all Food Policy Laws and Regulations
Adhere to Health and Safety
Accountable for product quality
To maintain audit ready Food Safety & Quality Management System due diligence records
Monitor your work area to ensure the workplace is safe and a 'clean as you go' policy is maintained at all times
Conduct daily checks and complete documentation accurately
Undertake training
Participate in employee development
Essential skills/qualifications:

Good Standard of English & Maths
Basic Food Safety HACCP Level 2 or higher

Minimum of 2 year previous production experience working within a food manufacturing/Processing environment
