Due to this impressive commercial ambition they are now actively coming to the market place via Redfox to look for key individuals to join their truly unique business and enhance their careers in this highly important and innovative food sector. You will be an experienced Compliance Manager seeking to join a small but highly motivated team to continue to deliver safe products to their key customers as well as helping to support the site Health & Safety agenda.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and improving the quality & technical compliance standards within their site, working closely with their major customer. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of best practise along with updating KPI information, ISO, BRC, HACCP and supporting site Health & Safety policies and procedures. Ensuring the business is in a permanent state of readiness for any audit and you will achieve outstanding results every time.

You will need to have a good technical understanding of high-care food environment along with quality and technical compliance requirements expected by the UK retailers. Ideally you should have at least 3 years experience of working in a similar food regulatory role. You will need to understand the production function, the pressures on labour and quality as well as utilising your commercial, communication and organisational skills to enhance the retailer-specific protocols.
