We are currently recruiting for a 12 months Fixed Term Contract for a Key Account Advisor, our client's head office in Rugby, must be an Customer service professional who is used high levels of order entry with a fast and accurate approach.

To maintain a high level of bespoke customer service - fulfilling expectations of all customers with focus on major retailers and key manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver a can't be beaten level of bespoke customer service, ensuring a Grade A service offering is provided where a customer grading scheme exists. Ensure all deliveries and requirements are fulfilled on time and in full and be a strong and effective communicator ensuring cross function dialogue in order to provide key service improvements.

Key Accountabilities
Sales order; to ensure you provide the customer with a comprehensive solution to their order through entering all orders each day, make a daily follow up of proformas, checking order progress on a weekly basis, pending order management daily, credit hold management within 48 hours, and call off order management on a weekly and monthly basis. To ensure 100% accurate data entry.
Queries; managing 90% of queries from start through to completion within 48 hours. Having zero non-conformances and ensure no age queries greater than 21 days.
Call management; respond to all calls within 5 seconds, taking 98% of calls from calls presented.
