Initially you would be helping source suitable candidates for our roles, but in time and in conjunction with Randstad's training programme we would support you in developing your own career within recruitment.
A typical day could range from devising and placing job adverts, screening candidates, meeting candidates in person right through to supporting their journey into employment by offering cv and interview advice.
In terms of your background if you have some recruitment experience that would be ideal however we are very open to considering candidates who possess the right qualities but just need the opportunity. So what are those qualities?
Well you will need to have bags of energy, be passionate about helping candidates to find their "dream job", be a natural communicator and be a very quick learner who is very adept with technology and social media platforms.
