Field Sales Executive
Your role is to engage with members of the public about their current energy supplier, energy usage and how much they are currently paying. You will promote the energy brand, offering the customer the opportunity to see if they can save money by completing a simple on-line comparison. If the customer is interested and willing, you will complete a switch using a tablet device at the time or provide the information for a customer to be able to switch themselves later.
Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
To deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Minimum of 3.5 net live customers switching per day.
- No more than 15% drop out rate from initial switch to live customer (measured 21 days after the date of the switch).
To comply with the brand guidelines and code of conduct when promoting the brand in the venue, as detailed at training.
To ensure all sales meet or exceed the regulatory guidelines as dictated by both the company and the energy regulator, Ofgem, as detailed at training.
To ensure that all Regulatory Observations that are conducted to achieve the minimum pass mark for both the Regulatory Compliance and Customer Experience sections.
To take responsibility for a tablet device which will be used for providing comparison illustrations and switching customers.
To ensure that personal timekeeping is in line with scheduled hours and meets the company and the venue providers requirements.
Ability to be flexible in terms of hours and days of work; inclusive of early, late and weekend shifts.
- Minimum shift duration of 8 hours (including 60 minutes' break).
- Minimum 2 weekend shifts worked per month.
