The role will consist of;
- Answering telephone calls and responding to queries
- Generating reports
- Managing records and databases of information
- Issuing notes and letters
- Client and staff relationship management
- Assisting multiple teams within the business
- Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate's attributes include;
- Experience with Sage and Microsoft Office
- Fantastic communication skills

- Good organisational abilities
