Front of House Receptionist - International Firm!
Katie Bard are excited to present an opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic individual to start a full-time receptionist role at an international professional services company based in Birmingham city centre! Working front-of-house in this well-renowned firm will give you the chance to develop your skills and your career in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Handling both internal and external queries.
- Managing emails and bookings for meeting rooms/video conferences.
- Organising refreshments and ensuring all meeting rooms are kept tidy and adequately stocked.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, and an eagerness to learn! You will be motivated and able to use your initiative to prioritise tasks throughout the day in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and some experience in a similar reception role is required. You must be able to work flexible hours on a rotational basis between 07:30-18:30.
