Temporary Project Co-ordinator
Our client is looking for a highly organised, experienced administrator to help co-ordinate their project team of 6. You will be a confident, presentable and motivated individual, happy doing interesting project work but also mundane tasks too.
The role will start straight away after interview and will be for approx. 4-5 months.
- Administration on Word for project work
- Maintaining a large spreadsheet
- Arranging and attending team meetings
- Client liaison - over the telephone and face to face
- Responding to emails
- Arranging diaries
- Filing, archiving and scanning of documents
- Any other related duties
