Shift work: 7am-4pm or 12pm-9pm

Weekend work required

Experienced Helpdesk Administrator required to join a fast growing Mechanical and Electrical facilities maintenance provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service.

Responsibilities;

* Ensuring accurate processing of quotations

* Allocating PPM and reactive jobs to a team of engineers using computer automated facilities management software

* Opening and closing jobs on the CAFM system as necessary

* Attending monthly financial meetings with the Contract Manager

* Carrying out any other necessary general administrative duties

* Raising purchase order numbers for any work carried out and ensuring invoices are accurate

* Handle various calls from clients and engineers regarding maintenance and repair needs

* Meet clients service level agreements

Requirements;

* MUST have at least two years' experience gained from within a similar helpdesk role supporting a team of engineers.

* Excellent IT and communication skills, the ability to be decisive and work calmly under pressure.

* MUST have experience working with a similar facilities management software system

* A good knowledge of CAFM or Maximo is also advantageous but not essential as all system training will be provided

* Paid overtime will sometimes be necessary, but generally you will work autonomously and manage your own time within deadline agreements

* Excellent customer service and telephone manner

* Organised administrator with outstanding multi-tasking skills
