We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established company in the Alcester area. The company have recently reorganised their teams and due to continued success and growth have an opening in their Service team. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person who will play a big part in the development of the Service Team and the company's future growth.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a starting salary of GBP18,000 - GBP19,000 per annum. The working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 2.30pm Friday. This is an immediate requirement so we are looking for candidate who are not currently working and who can start straight away.

Duties included in the role will be:

*Liaising with clients and customers via telephone and email in regards to bookings and orders

*Ensure all jobs are updated on the CRM system and processed on time and as per customer requirements

*Communicating well with engineers and other team members to ensure smooth running of the Service Department

*Provide administrative and general support to engineers regarding jobs

*Conduct calls to new and existing customers to generate leads and new business

*Be developed to feel confident to go on site and meet customers and clients for business meetings

*Support in the planning of installations
