Salary: GBP8.21ph

Part time - 20 hours per week - 2 hours Mon-Fri at Stafford, 2 hours Mon-Fri at Penkridge - this could be as 1 x 20 hour position or 2 x 10 hour positions

The Group has ambitious plans to build more homes and provide an even better choice for their customers and communities.

They are currently looking to recruit a part time Facilities Management Cleaner. You will be responsible for cleaning the communal areas in their Pencric scheme and at their Head Office in Stafford. This will include corridors, lounge/meeting areas, toilets and void properties when required.

This will be a physically demanding role and you will need to be able to undertake all forms of cleaning which incorporates lifting and carrying as part of your normal duties. A Basic level disclosure and barring service check is required alongside a full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity and support to undertake training within the organisation. You will be entitled to paid holiday plus public holidays. A uniform will also be supplied. In the longer term, opur client are committed to internal promotion so there may be further opportunities once you have got your foot on the ladder.
