Job Title: Billing Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client is an award-winning business who are looking to recruit a full-time Billing Administrator to provide support to their UK customer base.

Previous experience in a Billing environment would be highly beneficial to the role to ensure you can 'hit the ground running'.

Duties include:

* Raising invoices for services completed
* Close down service jobs once completed
* Handle incoming queries by telephone and email
* Using the customer portal
* Maintain and update the in-house records system
* Responding to renewal quotes
* All other ad hoc administration as required

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience in a billing environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills - all MS Word packages
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise an ever-changing workload
* Excellent organisation skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy skills
