Finance Administrator - Part time 3 days
My client based in Bromsgrove are looking for a part time Finance Administrator to join their team on a temp perm basis. Reporting to the Financial Manager you will be joining a small team and will need to be hands-on and self motivated, ensuring that all relevant work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Working as part of a busy team of 4 covering all aspects of finance and administration for the company
- Responsible for invoice processing and dealing with supplier queries
- Take inbound calls
- Data processing
- General administration including; typing, filing and scanning
- Previous experience within a split finance and administration role would be preferred
- Confident on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office systems
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment.
