My client based in Bromsgrove are looking for a part time Finance Administrator to join their team on a temp perm basis. Reporting to the Financial Manager you will be joining a small team and will need to be hands-on and self motivated, ensuring that all relevant work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties:

  • Working as part of a busy team of 4 covering all aspects of finance and administration for the company
  • Responsible for invoice processing and dealing with supplier queries
  • Take inbound calls
  • Data processing
  • General administration including; typing, filing and scanning

Person:

  • Previous experience within a split finance and administration role would be preferred
  • Confident on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office systems
  • Comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • Professional, self motivated and proactive in your approach;
  • Focused on the delivery of a first class service;
  • Robust in your approach, with the ability to win the trust and confidence of others; and a team player who is approachable and able to work alongside others.
