Our client is a leading employee benefits and wealth management organisation. Due to sustained growth, they are currently seeking a competent Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Providing administration and planning support to Financial Planners and a professional service to new and existing clients

- Undertake client valuations and prepare information ahead of client reviews

- Liaising with insurers / providers for new business quotations and updating software accordingly

- Ensuring all client records are kept up to stand and all relevant checks etc are completed

Candidates need to have experience of working within financial services administration. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience of using Intelliflo and holding relevant professional qualifications would be a distinct advantage.

In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary of GBP22-30k as well as a leading benefits and bonus package.
