Business Development Manager
GBP25k - GBP30k basic plus OTE (GBP35k - GBP40k)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work alongside the CEO of my company. The goal is to identify and initiate global working relationships with new business to business (B2B) clients, through meaningful and effective conversations.

As Business Development Manager, you must be self-motivated, able to work within a team, as well as being able to work on their own initiative. This person will have exceptional client service as it constitutes the company's core values.

As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business opportunities with prospective clients;
  • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, selling the service, pricing, negotiating and closing;
  • Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensure KPI's are met;
  • Inputting client's data into the company CRM system;
  • Building an in-dept understanding of service by researching and working with the team;
  • Researching and keeping up with your client's company as well as their industry;
  • Building new relationships and taking the time to get to know your client;
  • Meeting new clients where appropriate;
  • Occasionally attending events across EMEA, USA & beyond, as required;
  • Dealing with enquiries both on the telephone and via email correspondence;
