Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer for a well established organisation within the Coventry/Warwickshire area.

You will be expected to:

  • Prepare and check payroll on a monthly basis
  • Maintain the time and attendance system, including entering absence and holiday forms
  • Run reports and present findings to supervisors
  • Ensure all hours for agency personnel are submitted to the agency for payment
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts and payroll journals
  • Undertake HR administration duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong MS Excel skills
  • Have a working knowledge of SAP
  • Be available at short notice/immediately
