Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer for a well established organisation within the Coventry/Warwickshire area.
You will be expected to:
- Prepare and check payroll on a monthly basis
- Maintain the time and attendance system, including entering absence and holiday forms
- Run reports and present findings to supervisors
- Ensure all hours for agency personnel are submitted to the agency for payment
- Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts and payroll journals
- Undertake HR administration duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong MS Excel skills
- Have a working knowledge of SAP
- Be available at short notice/immediately
