A fantastic opportunity is available for a Business Centre Manager to join a Managed Service provider in Birmingham City Centre

The role and responsibilities

-You will be managing the relationship with brokers and agents and other 3rd parties whom advertise vacant offices on behalf of the centre

-To support clients within the business centre

-To meet and greet visitors

-Processing enquiries, arranging viewings and administer the on boarding process

-Monitoring and maintaining the client database

-Managing the facilities management process

-Prepare monthly invoices

To be considered for this role you must have worked in a Customer Service Manager role previously within the professional services

-Excellent IT skills, telephone skills and a willingness to learn new systems

-Able to build a rapport with clients

-Commercially aware

-Customer Service Manager skills

-Senior Reception experience looking for a more senior role

The company are offering a salary of GBP23,000-GBP25,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am till 17.30pm, excellent benefits package
