Do you understand HR Process guides or flow breezes and why it is important to have these written down?
Working for a blue chip organisation this role is for 7 months initially but may be extended further.
Our client requires an additional person to ensure all their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date, maintaining accuracy at all times. All teams follow SOPs and rely on the team of SOP Process Administrators to upkeep each one, therefore improving operational effectiveness. As a Process Administrator you will also take responsibility for ensuring Standard Supporting Documents (SSDs) are included within each SOP to ensure every team member understands for 100% completion.
Candidates should also have the ability to assess the impact of any process changes on the business whilst maintaining accuracy through change.
This is an extremely fast paced role, managing high volumes of updates and changes with quick turn arounds.
Candidates should have high levels of attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and excellent English written and oral skills. Good levels of proficiency in Excel and Word.
The ideal candidate will know what SOX controls are, though is not essential. Previously working in a project team environment, a multi national company or have any HR experience will be to your advantage
Education level preferred Bachelor or Master Degree or alternatively 5+ years work experience evidencing any of the above.
