Part Time Administrator - 20 hours per week


Sales Office Administrator sought to work within a small friendly team in the Rugby area.

Liaising with Customers taking Inbound calls, Order Processing. Customer Services, Sales Support. Support to External Sales Engineers and Insulation Department. Liaising with Accounts, Warehouse and Despatch, ensuring customers receive a quality service.

Job Description:-

  • Administration
  • Customer Services
  • Receiving Inbound calls from External Customers and the General Public
  • Customer Services/Customer Quotations/Chasing Customer orders
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Ability to liaise with Warehouse/Despatch/Accounts and External Sales Engineers and Insulations
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Strong systems skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Full training given to understand Technical Specifications

Skills Required:

  • Well spoken, confident telephone manner
  • Previous Customer Services
  • Preference given to those with Administration or Customer Services experience from the following Industries: -

Manufacturing or Distribution

  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Good systems skills
  • Ability to work in a small, friendly team. Adaptable/flexible

Salary range GBP9 - GBP9.30 per hour - 20 hours per week

Flexible to part time hours to suit (over a 3, 4 or 5 day week)
