Our client is a national charity, who are looking for an HR Coordinator for a 6-month Fixed-Term contract. This is an urgent requirement, so candidates must be on very short notice periods or should be immediately available.
This role is responsible for delivering service excellence, legal compliance and best practice in the processing of activity to support the organisation's volunteer lifecycle, and sits within a newly created HR Shared Service, which supports over 1000 employees and 2500 volunteers.
Responsibilities will include, ensuring that all volunteer vetting checks are completed in-line with our safe recruitment policy, including References, Criminal Record Checks etc. Ensure accurate data input and maintenance of volunteer records, using Front Line and at times People Loop (SAP Success Factors), as such attention to detail and accuracy are a prerequisite. Strong communication skills and service levels will also be vital to success in this role.
Experience in an HR Coordination role is needed and ideally, candidates who have gained this experience in a charity or volunteer setting would be beneficial.
