Technical Support Advisor (Temp to Perm)
We are proud to be working in partnership with a Warwick success story. A technologically advanced business that provides a service to thousands of customers across the UK and global wide.
Due to new business, they are looking to add to their customer service team with immediate effect.
Initially you will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails and online chat regarding new and existing orders, ensuring the customer experience is of the highest quality. Once fully accustomed to the business to consumer responsibilities you will be trained on handling technical queries from businesses. Resolving issues quickly and efficiently, thus reducing the requirement for engineers to attend site.
To be considered for this role you will need: -
- To demonstrate natural customer service skills and have experience in office, retail or the hospitality environment.
- Show confidence and great communication skills.
- Prove commitment and loyalty to previous employers.
- IT Skills and ability to multitask.
- 5 GCSE's C and above
