Job title:Payroll Administrator
Location:Stratford Upon Avon
Salary:GBP25 - GBP30K
Working on behalf of a successful and growing company, we are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator. Ideally you will have experience of managing and working within a payroll bureau in a Firm of Chartered Accountants. You will have responsibility over providing all payroll services to a multitude of clients, inclusive of smaller SME's to larger Limited Companies.
*You will have to provide a payroll service to a multitude of Clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and even annual basis.
*You will be supporting a large database of clients along with reporting including RTI and auto enrolment, for each Client.
*Dealing with SSP, SMP and SPP
*To be responsible for processing the weekly and monthly payrolls. To include starter, leaver, amendments, absence, overtime, statutory payments and pensions
*Deal with discrepancies and queries relating to payroll and resolve or escalate as appropriate
*Support the monthly financial accounting requirements of the business, to include report generation, producing weekly/monthly payroll journals, reconciliations, etc
*Assist with the administration of the Company Pension Scheme's
*Raising monthly and ad hoc payroll related payments
*Assist the Payroll Manager with company and year-end processes
*Keep documentation of processes and procedures updated
*Support any Payroll projects as required
Skills and experience required:
*Previous Payroll experience within a Chartered Accountants
*Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
*Excellent organisation skills
*Able to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
*Strong numerical ability
*Attention to detail
*Professional, confident and a 'can do' attitude
