Workplace, Institution & Leisure Representative

What you become a part of

As a member of the Workplace, Institution & Leisure Team which is part of the wider Field Sales Regional Account Team. You will be responsible for delivering the picture of success and maximising the volume across a geographical territory of Workplace, Institution and Leisure accounts you would be reporting into the Workplace, Institution and Leisure Field Sales Manager.

What to expect

The role of Workplace, Institution & Leisure Representative is responsible for the management of Workplace, hospitals & colleges operated via contract caterers, national Leisure outlets and Travel and Transportation accounts within a geographical territory with the focus on developing range, space, activation and equipment opportunities and this will be measured through PICOS on Frontline.

Key elements of this role include:

  • Building and Managing a Territory of Workplace, Institution and Leisure Accounts to agreed Account Numbers and coverage frequencies
  • To deliver outlet execution improvement via PICOS Measurement
  • Working proactively with the Out of Home Business Unit to deliver the national plan through national operators
  • Building comprehensive Customer contact strategy
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Workplace, institution and Leisure Environments, our Brands and our Corporate responsibility programs
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Workplace, Institution and Leisure team, sharing best practice and opportunities to grow profitable volume
