Business Administrator

Hours: Full time - 40 hrs p/w with finish at 3.30pm on Friday

Pay: between GBP15-18ph - based on experience

Contract end date is 31/08/2022

Location: Coventry

Description:

  • Manage travel and logistics details in conjunction with the in-house travel agency including co-ordination of visa requirements
  • Prepare briefing materials and support with key presentations
  • Support with meeting arrangements including general visitor meetings, department meetings, key governance meetings and team meetings; greet and assist visitors; book meetings & meeting rooms
  • Support team with departmental expenses (team purchasing card) and generate/manage general correspondence (including team / driver fan mail)
  • Co-ordinate the internal departmental administration (ie keeping processes up to date, sorting departmental post, looking after the departmental matrix's in accordance with the company procedures)
  • Taking and recording minutes and actions for meetings
  • Support the team in various admin tasks
  • Responsible for team IT ensuring all team and relevant equipment an knowledge to full operate in their role using company systems
  • Liaising with inter-company departments e.g PR and external suppliers, sponsors and partners
  • Co-coordinating with the team and updating the action tracker
  • Collate information for the team business cards and team stationery
  • Support with team merchandise tracker and stock management

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
