The successful Strategic Land and Planning Manager will join this highly successful house builder and build up their existing land bank. The Strategic Land function has exceptional backing from the board and to secure and best sites for the business. Preferably the successful candidate will have experience in land acquisition and this process. Planners will also be considered; knowledge of options and promotion agreements is essential though.

Reporting directly to the Strategic Land Director of this top 10 house builder, you will be keen to make a name for yourself, bring land into the company and hit the ground running. You will also manage the existing portfolio of sites. This is an exciting time to join the company and a rare opportunity to make the role what you want with the backing. The successful candidate will need to build relationships with agents and have a knowledge of planning policies.
As the function grows, there is scope for career progression for the professional who proves themselves. The patch is vast, covering Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
