At the company, they understand that every customer is different and will have different circumstances, so by listening, understanding and analysing their situation the Collections Agents help their customers to find the best solution for their situation.
Our client works on behalf of some of the largest blue chip companies in the UK including, British Gas, United Utilities, Severn Trent, Virgin Media, HM Revenue and Customs and the DVLA.
As a Collections Agent you will be able to provide an excellent standard of customer service to our customers, quickly building rapport and supporting them to find the right solution for their circumstances. We provide in-depth training that will prepare you for any scenario and equip you with expert knowledge of the credit industry. We have a dedicated training suite and team of trainers who will help support and develop you when you join the business, and we're committed to providing ongoing development to help you to continue to grow and improve.

Business opening hours are between 8:00am-19:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am-13:00pm Saturdays.
There are both fixed and rotating shift patterns available.
