Role Summary

The candidate will need to work with the National Rating team to ensure that key roles which are carried out to support our existing National contracts. The task will require a candidate to work independently with an elevated level of accuracy managing a large volume of work.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage the Check, Challenge & Appeal system on behalf of CBRE and its clients

• To review all landlord schedules and update these into our Rating system software

• Accurately prepare monthly billing and reporting for the National landlord clients

• Verify and check all rate demands received from clients

• Claim empty rate allowances and chase the appropriate refunds for these clients

• Ensure all billing carried out through empty rate allowances claimed

• To work with clients by phone to register them on the government gateway system

• To register clients, claim properties keep CBRE / clients records up to date.

• To assist with our National Rating team with queries

• Assist the National team with rating tasks
