We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to take on a facilities role, with front-of-house/reception responsibilities in a professional firm based in Birmingham! Some facilities experience in a professional office setting is required.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, maintaining diaries and organising catering for meetings
  • Arranging meeting rooms and setting up IT equipment
  • Handling all internal and external post
  • Organising and archiving documentation
  • Other ad hoc office maintenance tasks

This role is a full-time, permanent position will flexible working hours. You will be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, on a shift pattern basis between the hours of 07:30-18:00.
