The Company
* Our Client who is based in Birmingham City Centre, is a Recruitment Agency based in the Education sector. Due to rapid expansion, they are now looking to take on several new Trainee Recruitment Consultants!

Responsibilities
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
* Create job adverts and manage the advertisement of live vacancies
* Use Recruiter tools to headhunt candidates
* Source and speak to candidates regarding new opportunities
* Interview potential candidates for a range of Education sector positions
* Update database with candidate details and availability
* Complete all necessary compliance and eligibility checks before submitting candidates for potential opportunities
* Liaise between candidates and clients to set up interviews and manage candidate expectations throughout the process
* Carry out other administration tasks as and when required
Requirements for the role
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a Resourcer or working in a Recruitment environment, at least 2 years sales experience (either face to face or through telesales experience).
* A passion for the Education sector
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Able to work to deadlines
* Proactive work ethic
