The HR Consultancy are working with Index Property Information.
Due to continuing expansion we are now recruiting for another Order Processing Advisor on behalf of Index Property Information, West Midlands.
This rapidly growing Company is based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and provide conveyance searches and reports to the property industry.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who enjoys scheduling and diary management whilst using a confident and professional manner when dealing with clients on the telephone. We need you to be able to build rapport on the telephone so an excellent telephone manner is crucial.
The ideal candidate should have good basic maths skills, be extremely organised and see tasks through to a satisfactory end quickly and efficiently whilst paying attention to detail with complete accuracy.
This is a high-paced environment so it would be great if you have experience of this and can demonstrate your high-energy personality balanced with a professional approach. You will be working with a team of like-minded professionals so you must be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
