Call Centre/Help Desk Co-Ordinator



This successful and established nationwide company are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their Call Centre/Help Desk Division on a FULL TIME basis.

You will be responsible for providing first line support to dedicated clients and progressing all enquiries.

  • Handling inbound & outbound calls from dedicated client
  • Logging jobs and following through to completion
  • Generate automatic job numbers
  • Scheduling appointments/managing from start to completion
  • Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and unsupervised.
  • Assisting with logging of maintenance issues
  • Dealing with operative and client queries
  • Providing continuous customer service to the client
  • Contacting the contractors for updates
  • Dealing with uplifts and quotations
  • Closing down jobs ready for invoicing
  • Updating notes and appointments as and when job progresses
  • Preparing and checking payment files
  • Working alongside the supervisor

Key Skills/Experience:
  • Call Centre/Help desk coordinator experience (min 1 year)
  • IT Literate
  • Experience within FM/Maintenance sector would be desirable
  • Customer Service and client focused
  • Ability to identify problems and identify clients' needs
  • Willing to go the extra mile to deal with a difficult situation
  • Ability to prioritise issue, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
