This company is a leading provider of telecoms support services to its' blue chip customer base which spans the telecoms, public sector and corporate sectors. Their service offering includes repair, logistics management and network design, build and maintenance and with recent contract wins is set for a period of significant growth.

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for administration. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated and will take pride in the quality of their work.

The administrator will provide administration and operational support for the Operations departments within the organisation. This includes but is not limited too -

- Provide the day to day administration for the 4 Operations Departments to ensure efficient service to internal and external customers. In addition, the role holder will be the Primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Production and tracking of daily/weekly and monthly schedules.
- Monitoring and liaising with 3rd Parties for Quotations.
- Updating databases and organisational systems.
- During high workload assist with receiving and processing customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have -

- GSCEs (or equivalent) in Math and English (C or above). A - Levels (or equivalent) are desirable.
- Computer Literate - Competent user of MS Office
- RSA 1 or Typing or equivalent (RSA II or III Secretarial experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High ability to priorities workload
- It is desirable to have experience in a customer service environment.
