Job Title:Invoicing Administrator



Location:Birmingham Business Park

Salary:£20K - increasing to £21K following successful 6-month probation period

Our client is a well-established and extremely successful organisation based near Solihull, they are currently recruiting an Invoicing Administrator to join their friendly team. The role will involve managing and validating all incoming invoices and interpreting data.

Duties include:

*Manage all electronic & paper invoices
*Invoice validation
*Report preparation for clients
*Coordinate data cleansing initiatives
*Attend regular review meetings with customers

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*Highly analytical, with the ability to communicate data conclusions
*Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel & Word
*Happy to work under pressure and make quick decisions
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy
*Accounting/invoicing experience desired but not essential
*Leasing and vehicle knowledge is beneficial
