An excellent opportunity is available with for a highly successful National company looking to spread their business selling Construction Clothing. Due to significant success and growth they are wanting to substantially grow their business. They are looking for a successful, strategic Sales Manager with a proven track record and a strong business mind. Although the role will cover the whole of the UK, ideally you will be located around the West Midlands area as the HQ is based in Birmingham City Centre. You will be required to travel on a frequent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful experience as a sales rep/ sales manager
  • Requirement to achieve high call outs(80+ a day)
  • Achieve growth, manage sales and hit targets
  • Outsourcing clients and arrange meetings
  • Be able to set objectives monitor your own sales
  • Build and promote long lasting customer relationship
  • Be aware of the market, new products and competition
  • Accounts or payroll knowledge

The Sales Manager is a new role and crucial for the business, a full commission structure will be on offer.

You will have previously held a role where you have sold tangible products. You will possess excellent experience of planning your own customer appointments and a strong track record of revenue growth within your role. You will be responsible for keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will maximise sales potential, craft sales plans and be able to confidently justify those plans to management. The perfect Sales Manager will be quick thinking, well presented and hungry for success. You will be required to hold a FULL UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle.
