Due to an internal promotion my client based just outside of Erdington are looking for an administrator to join their team. This role is supporting the client service and account executives managers.
You will be working reception, answering incoming calls, setting up meeting rooms, providing refreshments and managing the meeting room diary.
Contacting customer about over stocks and arranging what should be done with the materials. Arranging couriers or transport to the client premises.
Filing orders away.
Updated Spreadsheet and managing data.
Supporting staff members with additional administration duties as and when required.
Responding to customer queries and managing the email in-box.
Ordering office stationery.
Sorting incoming post.
My client is happy to speak to individuals with limited administration experience but that has the right attitude, they are happy to offer full training.
