Bi-Lingual (French Speaking) Office Manager

GBP35,000 per annum - dependent on experience

Oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Re-supply office in Rugby, organising people, information and other resources. You will ensure that records are maintained and kept up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.

Reporting to: European Resupply Manager

Responsible for: Resupply Administrators & Team Leaders

Hours & Salary: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:30 Friday


  • Day to day running of office
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff
  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • Manage online filing systems
  • Organise and chair regular team meetings (may include typing the agenda and taking minutes)
  • Oversee the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction
  • Ensure adequate staff levels to cover absences and peaks in workload
  • Manage staff workload and output
  • Report individual and departmental performance
  • Attend conferences and other hosted events

  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong IT and typing skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team
  • The ability to manage your workload and supervise others concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Project-management skills
