We are looking for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join a busy and growing brand based in Leamington Spa. This is a brand new role due to organic growth and is full time and permanent. Your prime role will be to support the account management and sales team with the autonomy to make it your own.

Key accountabilities for the Commercial Administrator:

  • Building strong and effective relationships with the internal team
  • Handling customer queries online and via phone from the in initial conversation to deliver
  • Preparing presentations
  • Preparing standard quotes
  • Supporting the internal quotation approval process
  • Dairy management for the sales team and central calendar
  • Managing and updating the customer database
  • Producing statistical data reports to support customer account reviews
  • Managing invoices, internally and externally
  • Coordinating contract and purchase order renewal schedules

Key skills/experience for the Commercial Administrator

  • Strong MS Office skills intermediate/advanced particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confident communicator
  • Detailed focused and analytical skills, high numeric ability
  • Adaptable in a changing environment, able to prioritise workload
  • Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail
